I Bring You the Rock

Without ado. Let us Rock Commander Mandible (2003) Bridge Club. (All relevant links are dead) It's rock and roll. Play loud.

So much for this exercise. Twin Town High Volume 10 (2008) Final tracklist on Discogs Ok, not my favorite of the series, but the Laarks track came up on random play tonight and sounded pretty good and then there's the Jelloslave track. It's every  bit as good as that name is fucking awful. Cello, tabla, drums and double bass instrumental. That hits me just about right And so that concludes our little program of the Twin Town High School Yearbooks in order. A decade long overview of what was going on around the Twin Cities. I'm going to go do something else now.

Nothing.     Twin Town High Music Yearbook Volume 9 (2007) Tracklist on Discogs Retribution Gospel Choir is one of Alan Sparhawk of Low's other bands. This is indie rock. Little Man (aka Chris Pericelli) is great live. Ice Palace. the Alarmists. etc....

Volume 8

Blah blah blah    Twin Town High Music Yearbook Volume 8 (2006) Full disclosure at Discogs  Another grand mixed bag. Listen at your leisure. Decide on your own highlights. I've got shit to do.

Volume Seven

I like Irish whiskey too. Twin Town High Volume 07 (2005) Full tracklist on Discogs One I'd wish I'd gotten at when it came out and wasn't such a pretentious twat when it came to local bands at the time. Highlights are the Deaths (two great albums of neo-psych pop), Olympic Hopefuls (later just the Hopefuls) and Grickle Grass.
